Consultations

What to Expect During an Initial Consultation:

Initial Consultations are 1 to 1.5 hour appointments during which Mara collects a detailed case history, including the client’s present and past medical history, family health, diet and exercise habits, and medications.  Vital signs and other physical assessments may be carried out if warranted.  Using the information gathered during the initial consultation, Mara will decide how best to approach the health concerns and address the goals of the client.  These recommendations will be outlined in a health management plan, which will be provided to the patient on the first follow-up consultation.

2nd Consultation

The second consultation is booked approximately one week after the initial consultation.  During this one hour appointment, Mara will go through the health management plant and answer any questions you might have.

Follow-up Consultations

Subsequent follow-up consultations are usually 30-45 minutes long and are held every 2-4 weeks or as needed.

Lab Testing

Arcana Natural Health offers a large selection of lab tests designed to give us the full picture of your health.  This enables Mara to design a more direct and efficient treatment program that can actually cost much less than programs developed without testing.  Tests can be done individually or combined to form a panel.
